Monique Terrell

This month’s guest speaker, Monique Terrell is the Sr. Manager of Social Media & Professional Networking at the College of American Pathologists. She is also owner/operator of Sparkle Internet Image Solutions a social media marketing company. She has more than 15 years of Internet, eLearning and website development experience. Her company provided virtual marketing services to both national and international organizations.

She is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and an avid community participant. Monique is a graduate of Leadership Edmond Class XXI and currently serves on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Oklahoma City Chapter, serving as the Communications Director. Monique has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management graduating Cum Laude. She holds a Virtual Instructor Certification from Texas A&M University; she is also a Certified Social Media Specialist & Certified Internet Marketing Virtual Assistant.

She has been a guest blogger for The Journal Record on the topic of social media and has published several articles using the popular online publishing site HubPages. She is also co-host of the Internet broadcasted radio show titled “New Media Radio” that airs on the 28th of every month discussing tips, tools and all things new media.
